We propose that Manatee County and the City of Bradenton work together on a pedestrian easement on the south and west side of the Braden River and Evers Reservoir. At minimal cost local government could provide access to the very nice river and lake. The proposed trail would connect the neighborhoods north and south of the Braden River. Children could access the Braden Park and Braden High School without travel along Route 70 and Lockridge.
